Baid Finserv has opened five new branches in the State of Madhya Pradesh. The company has opened branches in cities Indore (RO), Mandsaur, Ratlam, Sehore and Ujjain, one each.
Earlier, the company had received an approval for the Issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis, in one or more tranches upto an amount of Rs 250 crore from time to time, subject to the approval of members of the company in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Baid Finserv is engaged in the business of leasing and hire purchase, auto finance business, etc.
