Gensol Engineering has confirmed that as on March 31, 2023, the Company does not fall under the categories as mentioned in Para No. 2.2 of SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/ 2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 and hence the Company is not ‘Large Corporate’. Therefore, the requirement of filing the initial disclosure and annual disclosure in Annexures A and B1 respectively to the aforesaid Circular for the Financial Year ended 2022 -2023, does not arise.
