Dappar Tehsil Derabassi, District S.A.S Nagar Mohali Punjab- 140506 is ‘not a Large Corporate’ as per the applicability framework provided in the aforesaid SEBI circular as on March 31, 2023. Therefore, the requirement of filing the initial disclosure and annual disclosure does not arise.
