Ratnabhumi Developers (RDL) has received an approval for acquisition of 100% Shareholding in Ratnabhumi Techno Engg (RTEPL). From the said acquisition, RTEPL will become Wholly Owned Subsidiary of RDL.
The proposed acquisition is carried out for the growth and development of company business and to strengthen the operational synergies. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on April 20, 2023 has considered and approved the same.
Ratnabhumi Developers is engaged in acquiring land, carrying out construction work, developing and organizing of immovable properties etc.
