Pursuant to Regulation 30 (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, R.P.P Infra Projects has informed the exchange that Rangasamy Kulanthasamy (DIN 07103549), vide his letter dated 21st April, 2023 has tendered her resignation as Non-Executive- Independent Director of the Company with effect from the 21st April, 2022. The Resignations reason is due to his mobility is very much restricted due to his health condition and age factor (70). Also, he feels that his memory power is on the declining trend. And there are no other reasons for resignation other than the one mentioned in the resignation letter dated 21st April, 2023. The requisite disclosure as required as per the requirement of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Para A, Clause (7B) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are given as Annexure A. It has enclosed resignation letter of the director.
