In furtherance to disclosure dated 22nd March, 2023 vide letter number JSE-43/2022-2023 intimating acceptance of resignation tendered by G.P.N Gupta, (DIN: 00086174), Whole Time Director Cum Chief Financial Officer of the company, Jumbo Bag has informed that G.P.N Gupta, (DIN: 00086174) has been relieved from his position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from the closure of office hours on 22nd April, 2023. Consequent to the aforementioned resignation his successor shall be appointed shortly and G.S. Anil Kumar, Managing Director will be the Chief Financial Officer of the company for the interim period.
