Sona BLW Precision Forgings has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 3rd May, 2023 to consider, amongst others, the following; to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2023; to consider and recommend the final dividend for financial year ended on 31st March, 2023, to the shareholders of the Company. The trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Persons of the Company till 48 hours after the results are made public on Wednesday, 3rd May, 2023, up to Friday, 5th May, 2023.
