Further, in the above said letter dated April 21, 2023, the Trading Window for trading in the Company’s equity shares has been closed from Saturday, April 01, 2023, till the expiry of forty-eight hours after the announcement/ declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023.
