With reference to BSE Circular dated 3rd March, 2020 in continuation to circular dated 11th April, 2019 issued further to SEBI Circular dated 26th November, 2018 in respect of 'Fund Raising by Issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities' disclosures and compliances thereof by such large corporates, PBM Polytex has confirmed that the company is not a ‘Large Corporate’ (LC) as at 31st March, 2023, as per the applicability criteria given under the SEBI Circulars. Hence, the requirement of filing the Annual Disclosure for incremental borrowings to the aforesaid circulars for the financial year ended 2022-23, is not applicable to the Company.
