In terms of Regulation 47(1)(d) and Regulation 47(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has also attached newspaper cuttings of the advertisement issued stating the completion of dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice published in Free Press Journal and Navshakti on April 26, 2023 and the same is also being displayed on the website of the Company, www.fmn.co.in.
