With reference to the Company Scheme Petition No. C.P.(C.A.A)/76/MB-1/2023 IN C.A.(CAA) - 274/MB1/2021 filled by the Company under sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations) Rules, 2016 in the matter of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Veeral Additives (Transferor Company) with Vinati Organics (Transferee Company) and their respective Shareholders (Scheme), Vinati Organics has informed that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (NCLT) comprising of Justice H.V. Subba Rao, Hon’ble Member (J) and Shri Shyam Babu Gautam, Hon’ble Member (T) vide its Order pronounced on April 24, 2023 has fixed May 08, 2023 for hearing and final disposal of the said Company Petition. The Order of NCLT was uploaded on its website (https://nclt.gov.in/). A certified copy of the order is awaited.
