Zydus Lifesciences has received final approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) to manufacture and market Metronidazole Topical Cream, 0.75% (USRLD: MetroCream, 0.75%). Metronidazole is an antibiotic used on the skin to treat a certain skin disorder known as rosacea, a type of adult acne. It is expected to help decrease redness, swelling and the number of pimples caused by rosacea and is believed to work by decreasing swelling (inflammation).

Tata Power company has partnered with R CITY Mall, Mumbai’s iconic shopping and entertainment destination, to deploy 8 chargers, including super-fast 60 kW charging points, across the mall's premises. EV owners can choose to do either quick top-ups on the go or substantial charging during long shopping trips, based on their requirements.

Tata Consumer Products has reported rise of 19.48% in its consolidated net profit at Rs 345.58 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 289.23 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 14% at Rs 3674.03 crore for Q4FY23 as compared to Rs 3222.80 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Ratnabhumi Developers (RDL) has completed the transaction for acquisition of 100% shareholding of Ratnabhumi Techno Engg (RTEPL). Hence, RTEPL has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of RDL.

India Power Corporation has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company ‘MP Smart Metering’. The company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company on April 25, 2023. MP Smart Metering is yet to commence its business operations.

KPI Green Energy has successfully commissioned 26.10 MW wind-solar hybrid power project comprising 16.10 MW wind and 10 MWdc solar capacity, being its own power generating asset portfolio, at Shungar site in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, under the Gujarat Wind-Solar Hybrid Power policy 2018. The Company has made necessary arrangements for selling the power generated out of this windsolar hybrid power project to the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) clients.

Bajaj Auto has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) ended March 31, 2023. Bajaj Auto has reported fall of 2.46% in its net profit at Rs 1,432.88 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1,468.95 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 10.90% at Rs 9,164.55 crore for Q4FY23 as compared to Rs 8,263.70 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. On consolidated basis, the company has reported rise of 11.70% in its net profit at Rs 1,704.74 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1,526.16 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 11.24% at Rs 9,192.73 crore for Q4FY23 as compared to Rs 8,263.70 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
