With reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144, dated November 26, 2018 regarding fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities and BSE circular no. LIST/COMP/05/2019-20 dated April 11, 2019, in this regard USG Tech Solutions has confirmed that the Company does not meet the criteria specified in Para 2.2 of the above-mentioned SEBI Circular as on March 31, 2023 and hence not a ‘Large Corporate’. Further, it has enclosed the Annexure A as required under the aforesaid circular.
