With reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 in connection with fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities, Parag Milk Foods has confirmed that the company was not identified as a Large Corporate as on March 31, 2022 as per the applicability criteria specified under the aforesaid SEBI Circular. Since the Company was not identified as a Large Entity with respect to Financial Year 2022-23, therefore, the requirement of filing the Annual disclosure under Annexure B2 to the aforesaid Circular is not applicable.
