Pursuant to the circular issued by SEBI dated November 26, 2018 vide reference number SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144, pertaining to Fund raised by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities, Sobha has informed that though its Company meets the criteria mentioned in Clause 2.2(i) and (ii), in its view clause 2.2(iii) is not applicable to the company as it do not have the credit rating of AA and above. Hence, it does not fall under the definition of Large Corporate and accordingly the disclosure requirement as per the said circular is not applicable to the Company.
