Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, and in continuation to its disclosure dated 17th February 2023, wherein it has intimated about the acquisition of 1,91,40,342 Equity Shares of Pricol representing 15.70406% of the Pricol’s total issued and paid-up equity share capital by the Company, Minda Corporation has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 1st May 2023, decided to file an application to Competition Commission of India (‘CCI’) for making investment in Equity Shares of Pricol upto 24.5% of total Equity Shares of Pricol, at this stage.
