NCC has forwarded a Press Release being issued pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 in connection with the orders /contracts received by the Company during the month of April,2023. The company has submitted as under in this regard: The Promoters / Promoter Group/Group Companies do not have any interest in the entities that have awarded the project to NCC, the same does not fall under the ‘Related Party Transactions’, the details of the contracts awarded is given in the enclosure and the above contracts need to be executed in a time span of 15 to 27 months from the date of award.
