Ritesh Properties and Industries has launched a project named ‘Hampton Estates’ spread over 12 acres of land which includes 111 residential plots of 250 square yards each & commercial properties including 25 brand outlets. It is estimated that the project will be completed in the Financial Year 2023-24.
This project will be one of its kind with state-of-the-art infrastructure development having total cost of Rs 100 crore (approximately). It is located on NH 5 (Chandigarh - Ludhiana highway) within Municipal Limits of Ludhiana which is around 800 meters away from its existing project Hampton Court Business Park.

Recently the company has marked its foray in realty sector by entering into a joint venture agreement with developers Ansal Properties and Infrastructure for developing a premium housing project and a business park in Ludhiana.
