Modern Engineering And Projects (MEPL) has entered into a contractual Joint Venture agreement with Aqua-tech Solutions (Aquatech). Aquatech has successfully won the Bid and entered into an Agreement for the Contract of ‘Khopoli Underground Sewerage Scheme’ (Contract) with Khopoli Municipal Council, Maharashtra State.
Aquatech and MEPL shall jointly execute the said contract on sub-contact basis in the name and style of Aquatech - MEPL JV. MEPL JV shall be shared equally i.e 50-50 between both the parties.
