BCL Industries has informed that in terms of Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, mistakenly the company had filled the ASCR in the old format to the Stock Exchanges on 6th April 2023 and the same has been highlighted by the exchanges for remedial actions. In this regard the Company has enclosed the revised ASCR with additional affirmations given by the certifying authority. The Annual Secretarial Compliance Report of the company for the financial year ended 31st march, 2023, has been issued by S. Parnami & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary.
