State-owned Central Bank of India has opened a Women Entrepreneur Cell at Mumbai. The bank has also launched one another unique Scheme titled as Cent Kalyani to encourage Women to start their own manufacturing/service enterprises. Under the scheme, loan is given up to Rs 100 lakh without any need of collateral security or third party guarantee.
Central Bank of India has been serving more than 3,50,00,000 account holders through its 4,118 branches, 6 extension counters, 29 Satellite offices, 1,970 ATMs and 2,413 ultra small branches (USBs).
