In terms of Regulation 29 (1) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Modison has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors is convened to be held on Thursday, the 25th May 2023 to consider and approve: Annual Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2023 and Consider and Recommendation of dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
