Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Nahar Poly Films has informed that it has received intimation regarding loss of share certificates from the shareholder, Kanwar Sain Maini (Folio No: 13623). Letter of Confirmation will be issued to him on completion of all formalities required under the law. In the meantime, any member having a claim in respect of the above-mentioned shares should lodge such claim with the Company within 15 days from the date of this letter. Further details of the share certificate are enclosed.
