Pursuant to regulation 39(3) of SEBI (LODR), Aro granite industries has informed that it enclosed the information received from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) - Alankit Assignments regarding loss of share certificates requests received from the shareholders of the Company (Annexure- I). After complying with required formalities, the company will issue Letter of Confirmation in lieu thereof to the rightful owner for getting the shares dematerialized.
