Winsome Textile Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09th May, 2023, has taken up the following businesses: Board has approved Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2023 (The copy of the Audited Financial Results and Auditor's Report enclosed). Pursuant to second proviso of Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as amended by Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated 27th May, 2016; the company confirmed that, the Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued an Audit Report with un-modified opinion on the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2023. The Board has re-appointed K.K. Sinha and Associates, Cost Accountants as Cost Auditors of the Company for FY 2023-24. The Board has also re-appointed Ramesh Bhatia, Practicing Company Secretary as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for F.Y. 2023-2024. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 10:00 AM and concluded at 11:35 AM.
