Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Nahar Poly Films has informed that it has received intimation regarding loss of share certificates. A Letter of Confirmation will be issued to them on completion of all formalities required under the law. In the meantime, any member having a claim in respect of the mentioned shares should lodge such claim with the Company within 15 days from the date of this letter.
