(EFA) (COMM.) 2/2023 has been filed before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi by Ram Capoor, Ex-employee of CyberMedia India, LLC, (WOS of the Company, which was dissolved on March 08, 2021), alleging the demand of USD 2,167,229.50 under an ex-parte arbitral foreign award dated October 12, 2022, against: CyberMedia India, LLC, (WOS of the Company, which was dissolved on March 08, 2021); The Company; Kurrent Media LLC, (WOS of the Company, which was dissolved on March 08, 2021; and Pradeep Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company (in his individual capacity). The Company is seeking appropriate legal advice and shall take all necessary steps to protect the interest of the Company in the aforesaid matter.
