Gomti Finlease (India) has received an approval for investment of Rs 15 crore in the equity shares of KDJ Hospital. Consequent to the above investment, the company shall acquire 75% aggregate equity holding in KDJ Hospital. Accordingly, KDJ Hospital shall become subsidiary of the company.
The board at its meeting held on March 09, 2013 has approved for the same. The company is already holding 40.76% equity shares of KDJ Hospital.
KDJ Hospital is engaged in the development, operation and maintenance of Hospitals, while Gomti Finlease (India) is engaged in the business of investments and investment advisory services.
