Torrent Power has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) company namely ‘Torrent Urja 16’ (TU16) on May 11, 2023. TU16 is incorporated with object to carry on the business of generation, transmission, distribution, purchase, procurement, sale, trading, import, export or otherwise deal in all forms of electrical power and energy including non-conventional and renewable sources of energy.
Torrent Power is an integrated utility engaged in the business of power generation, transmission and distribution with operations in the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh.
