Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, APM Industries has informed that it has received the information regarding loss of share certificate from the Company’s RTA Skyline Financial Services. The shareholder/ Legal heirs of shareholder have requested for issuance of duplicate share certificate in lieu of the original. The company propose to issue ‘Letter of Confirmation’ to the shareholders /Legal heir of shareholder on receipt of the requisite documents. Details of the shareholders and share certificate are enclosed.
