Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, Kalyani Steels has informed that the Second Term Shrikrishna K. Adivarekar, as an Independent Director of the Company, commences from today i.e., from May 18, 2023. The members at their Forty-Ninth Annual General Meeting held on August 1, 2022, had approved the re-appointment of Adivarekar, for Second Term of 3 (three) consecutive years with effect from May 18, 2023 to May 17, 2026. Further, in compliance with the Circular No. NSE/CMU2018/02 issued by National Stock Exchange of India Limited and Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 issued by BSE (both Circulars dated June 20, 2018), the Company has confirmed that Adivarekar has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order issued by SEBI or any other Authority.
