In view of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in continuation to its letter dated March 30, 2023 with respect to closure of Trading Window of the Company, it has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed from April 01, 2023 for the Company’s Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and the Trading Window will be closed till 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2023 become generally available information.
