Brigade Enterprises has informed the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company at its meeting held today Wednesday, 24th May, 2023 considered and approved the allotment of 60,904 equity shares under the ‘Brigade Employee Stock Option Plan, 2017’. The paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs 2,30,73,16,510 to Rs 2,30,79,25,550 due to the aforesaid allotment. The meeting of the Committee commenced at 9:00 am and concluded at 9.50 am.
