Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Antony Waste Handling Cell has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., Wednesday, May 24, 2023, considered and approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023 (Financial Results). In accordance with the requirements of Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, a copy of the aforementioned Financial Results, the Report of Statutory Auditors, and a disclosure of the impact of Audit Qualifications are enclosed. The Board Meeting commenced at 10.45 am and concluded at 11.15 am. All the above-mentioned documents will be simultaneously hosted on the Company’s website at www.antonywaste.com
