Tata Power, the country’s largest integrated power company, has launched ‘Suvidhaa’ another on-ground bill payment facility for its Mumbai customers. This outlet is an additional payment option over and above the other online and offline modes of payment available to the company’s customers in the city of Mumbai.
The customers can walk into a Suvidhaa outlet which can be any local neighbourhood store such as grocery store, a medical store, or a travel agent and enjoy the bill payment service by making cash payments.
