HealthCare Global Enterprises has informed that the Company is in the process of considering potential inorganic restructuring of its operations in Nagpur and increasing its interest in HCG NCHRI Oncology LLP (subsidiary). The Company is also evaluating greenfield and brownfield opportunities in Madhya Pradesh. The Company has not yet entered into any agreement in this regard; and any such transaction will be subject to the receipt of requisite approvals.
