With reference to the email dated May 26, 2023 regarding discrepancies observed in the Financial Results, Satchmo Holdings has confirmed that both the standalone and consolidated financials were signed by Rajeev Khanna, Executive Director on Board of the Company who is also a Whole Time Director of the Company and also has been authorized to sign by the corresponding resolution passed in the Board. They once again upload the signed copy of the standalone and consolidated financials for the fourth quarter and the year ended on 31st March, 2023 as approved by the Board of Directors together with the revised Report of the Statutory Auditors in the SEBI format along with the duly signed copy of the Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications for taking on record.
