The shareholders holding shares in physical form are required to furnish their PAN, KYC and Nomination Details for updating to Company’s RTA. Further, the prescribed forms as per the aforementioned circular are available on the website of the Company. A copy of confirmation received from its RTA for dispatch of reminder letters is enclosed.
