Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Fortis Healthcare has informed that the Registrar of Companies has, on May 31, 2023, approved the application for change in name of SRL, a material subsidiary of Fortis Healthcare, to Agilus Diagnostics. A new Certificate of Incorporation has been issued by the ROC confirming the change in name to 'Agilus Diagnostics Limited'. The above is in furtherance of the efforts undertaken by Agilus Diagnostics over the last few years towards rebranding and adoption of a new brand identity of- 'agilus diagnostics'.
