Nitesh Estates has launched its Rs 400-crore villaments project ‘Nitesh Palo Alto’ on the Sarjapur-Marathalli Ring Road in Bangalore. The project offers 251 villaments in three and four bedroom duplexes, spread across 12 acres and are priced at Rs 1.9 crore to Rs 3 crore.
Nitesh Estates is in the business of real estate development and is primarily engaged in the development of residential projects in Bangalore. It is also developing a hospitality project in Bangalore, a residential and an office project in Kochi.
