Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed a resort in Naukuchiatal, Uttarakhand. This is a conversion and will be rebranded an IHCL - SeleQtions hotel after extensive renovations and expansion. With the addition of this, IHCL has nine hotels across Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta and Ginger brands in Uttarakhand including four under development.
The 88-room resort, sprawled over 4 acres elegantly borders the famous Naukuchiatal Lake, offering panoramic views of the water and the scenic splendor of the Himalayan foothills. It will boast of a range of dining options, including an all-day diner, a bar, and a specialty restaurant on the decks overlooking the shimmering lake. The property also offers a swimming pool, spa, gymnasium, and spacious indoor and outdoor venues for social gatherings and corporate events.
