With reference to its letter no. APL/SEC/32/2023-24/9 dated 11th May, 2023, wherein the Company had informed that the 77th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 27th June, 2023 at 11:00 am (IST) through video conference or other audio-visual means, in compliance with relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’). Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Asian Paints has informed that it enclosed the Notice convening the 77th AGM and the Integrated Annual Report of the Company, including the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report, for the financial year 2022-23. In accordance with the aforesaid circulars, the Notice of the AGM and the Integrated Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2022-23 is being sent through electronic mode to all those members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company and/or Depository Participant(s).
