Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a license agreement for a 60 room property in Rajamundry, Andhra Pradesh under the Company’s brand ‘Lemon Tree Hotel’. The hotel is expected to be operational by Q3FY2025.
Lemon Tree Hotel, Rajamundry will feature 60 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet, meeting rooms, swimming Pool, gym, and other public areas. Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary and the hotel management arm of the Company will be operating this hotel.
Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
