Shree Rama Multi-Tech has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 6th June, 2023 has approved to make withdrawal of Review Application bearing Original Jurisdiction Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 1 of 2020 filed with Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat in the matter of Composite Scheme of Compromise and Arrangement u/s 78 and 100 read with section 391 of the then Companies Act, 1956 with an immediate effect.
