With refer to letter dated 10th June 2023 regrading outcome of the Board Meeting, Galada Finance has informed that at the meeting of Board of Directors held on 10th June 2023, the Board considered and approved the following: Appointment of Ramu Vishnu as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) with effect from 10th June, 2023, to hold office up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Ramu Vishnu appointment as Independent Director (Additional Director) on the Board of the Company for a period of five years with effect from 10th June, 2023, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
