Further to Company's intimation dated May 28, 2021, Orient Green Power Company has informed that the application made by Orient Green Power (Maharashtra), subsidiary of the Company, under Section 248 of the Companies Act, 2013 to strike off its name from the Register of Companies, has been approved by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai and the name of the said Company has been struck off as per the e-mail received from Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated 13th June 2023.
