TVS Motor Company has sold its entire holding of 11,12,19,512 equity shares constituting 43.54% in Emerald Haven Realty (EHRL), an associate Company on June 14, 2023. Consequent to the above, EHRL ceased as an associate of the Company effective June 14, 2023. Consideration received from such sale/disposal is Rs 166.83 crore.
