Stocks related to the airline industry were trading higher on the BSE, on the back of positive traffic data of domestic airlines. Passengers carried by domestic airlines during January- May 2023 were 636.07 lakh as against 467.37 lakh during the corresponding period of previous year thereby registering annual growth of 36.10% and monthly growth of 15.24%.
SpiceJet is currently trading at Rs. 27.53, up by 0.21 points or 0.77% from its previous closing of Rs. 27.32 on the BSE.
Interglobe Aviation is currently trading at Rs. 2426.35, up by 11.15 points or 0.46 % from its previous closing of Rs. 2415.20 on the BSE.
