Archit Organosys gets nod to transfer 81% stake in Archit Life Science

Archit Organosys has received approval to transfer 81,000 equity shares (i.e. stake of 81%) of Rs 10 each in its wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Archit Life Science’. Upon completion of the aforesaid transfer, Archit Life Science will cease to be the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 17, 2023 has approved the same.
