Aptech has informed that, as per the Code of conduct of the company (available on Company website) read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insiders Trading) Regulation, 2015 (as amended) (‘PIT Regulation’) applicable to Insiders, Designated Persons (Employees/KMP/Directors) and their Relatives to regulate, monitor, and report trading, the Trading window for dealing (buy/sell/otherwise) in securities (Equity Shares) of the Company shall remain closed from June 20, 2023. The Trading Window opening date, will be intimated in due course.
